CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
While in principle OAA isn't available outside of regular office hours, we understand that sometimes specific project require flexibility. This can be discussed on an ad-hoc basis.
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT HELP ME FILE MY TAXES?
OAA is not an accounting service and therefore cannot file your taxes for you. However, should the filing be simply administrative and not require actual accounting skills, OAA is happy to help you fill out and subyour paperwork.
WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
It is possible to have in-person meetings, though this will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. The work itself will be conducted virtually, though if the project requires it travel to the project site may be possible.
WHAT ARE OOA'S OFFICE HOURS AND WHERE IS IT BASED?
Regular office hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm CET. Should a client have a specific need alternative hours can be discussed.
The office is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, Paris' "21st arrondissement" as Parisians call it.
WHAT CURRENCIES DOES OAA ACCEPT?
OAA accepts payments in Euros, American Dollars, British Pounds and Danish Crowns. Other currencies may be discussed.
Please note though that due to banking fees a 5% surcharge will have to be applied to non-Euro payments.
